My wife and I have lived for about two years in a 55 m² flat in the centre of Maastricht. Finding this place took a lot of time and energy, and the housing situation here hasn't really improved since.

It's an old building. The insulation is poor, so we had to burn through a lot of gas and electricity just to keep it warm. The flat itself is good, but the rent felt high to us, certainly compared to what we'd paid before. That's what made us contact Huurfix to look into our situation.
